He was so quick to respond to our messages. As others have mentioned, the floorboards are creaky so if you’re a very light sleeper this could be an issue. While we definitely enjoyed our stay, here are the summary points (both good and needing improvement): Pros: Location is great; flat is very spacious; bathrooms were both clean and large; flat was very quiet despite being on the busiest street in Madrid; Challenges: communication was poor...ask several questions and then delayed response to one question; too difficult to find blankets; unable to access HVAC due to no remotes; wifi access instructions...
