"Stayed there 1 night, Sept 30. The hotel is 250 years old. But is updated and lovely! Super charming, clean and comfy. Our room has 2 twin beds. It was a bit small but we didn’t plan to stay in it long. There were cookies and tea in the rooms Loved the nightlight in the bathroom! Very helpful. Only challenges are the parking, It’s at a premium, and all rooms are up stairs so if you have mobility challenges. This hotel is not for you"

"Food was good. Staff very attentive. They even came in early to accommodate our early departure. We forgot an item behind and we received an email very quickly. They organized returning the item with no hassle. Very impressive!"

"Great hotel. Rooms were modern and clean. We stayed in the Cuillen Suite which had 2 bedrooms and a common seating area. The balcony overlooks Loch Lomond. Room had both heat and AC. The AC units however were right outside the bedroom which made it loud. Walking distance to the cute little town of Luss. Wish I would have booked more time here"
