« Parking easy cleaniness eh , staff was rude required a 50 dollar deposit which i did not recieve my full amount i was also screamed at by person in the office there is no sign that says i dont get my deposit for checking out late but thats supposedly why i didnt get my deposit also my first room had no heat »

« Although the property advertised as pet friendly, we received a call from the front desk about our dog. They threatened that we might have to leave if he didn't stop barking. This was the first time on our cross country trip this happened. The staff in general did not seem friendly. Also there was no water or towels in the workout room. »

« Horrible hotel. There is hardly anything available at breakfast almost regardless of the time you go. It seems they put out one batch of food and when that runs out they do not replenish any of it. I planned to use the hot tub until I saw how dirty it was and when I had staff check the temperature it was only 87. In the room, someone had removed the smoke detector batteries, which I could see because the battery compartment was left open and empty. I could also barely open and close the room...

« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »

« Thank you for a restful stay. The staff is very friendly. There were some supplies that were not in our room, all it took was a phone call to the desk and the items were delivered as promised. We stayed in the handicapped accessible room which was very comfortable and met our needs. »
