Truly Amazing Views! Beautiful Home!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The views are absolutely amazing from every room. You can hear the ocean waves from the back patio. The hot tub and fire pit were a great plus at night after returning from the beach. There is a grill and fully equipped kitchen. We were a little disappointed that the Fairmont hotel was closed since we thought we had more restaurants within walking distance and the walk to the beach was a little farther than described being that the hotel is closed, but we enjoyed the beautiful walk. Mike and Kim were very accommodating, responsive and helpful. They helped provide us with info to have groceries delivered to the house and were there to meet them before we got there. We hope to be back again!

Vacation in Paradise
Wow, what an amazing week at this beautiful home in Bermuda! From the moment we arrived, Mike and Kim made our entire family feel so welcome and greeted us at the front door. The house was perfect for our family of 5 - with everyone having their own private space and bathroom. The outdoor area was our favorite place to take in the spectacular views of Horseshoe Bay and spend time with each other after a day at the beach! The location was ideal with a short walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to a number of restaurants. We enjoyed one afternoon at the most scenic par 3 golf course - just feet away from the property along with a great restaurant and bar. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an escape to paradise. We can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing view with great owners--a few odds/ends
I can't say enough about the property's owners Kim and Mike----at every step, they were accomodating and pleasant. Our flight arrived early from the States and they -allowed us to check in earlier without hesitation when we asked them for a place to store our luggage. They offered suggestions on places to go and eat. They even suggested a private chef who made us a memorable meal for my father's birthday. The view from the balcony is tremendous. It looks like you can literally jump onto the beach from the balcony---Alas, it is a little longer to get to the beach than it looks---a mile+ of up/down which is not a problem when it is nice but is a problem during the high heat and humidity of August. This is not a property that you can go up/down to the beach when you feel like it. Returning from the beach is a slog. Sometimes you can hail a cab to run you up the hill but this is a daily negotiation with taxis who may not want to take you up the hill and lose their spot in line waiting. The beach itself is magical but it can also be overun on days when there are 3-4 cruise ships in port. None of this is a reflection of the property but just a warning of sorts. As for the property itself, the kitchen is well apportioned although the oven is a little frustrating to use----Some of the towels/linens could be freshened up but this is hardly a dealbreaker. The hottub was clean and nice---but it was a little too hot to utilize it or the outside ammenitiies during a hot and humid week.

Hi David It was wonder meeting you and your family and we are so happy you enjoyed the views and sound of the waves from the deck as well as our dedicated cook. The normal gate to the beach between hotel and beach is locked which means main entrance to Horseshoe Bay beach has to be used and previous guests have used electric cars or use the Uber like app Hitch which they have had good success with and especially in August. There are normally 2 cruise ships at max in dock and they do take up beginning of beach but if you go further down you will have privacy and we always recommend the private coves around the corner. The hot tub temperature you have total control over there and so can select as cool or warm as you want and we could have helped you turn it down if needed/ preferred. The stove sorry you struggled with but we could have again told you exactly where the booklet of instructions was but better still quickly shown you.We could have had that sorted for you in a minute so sorry you didn’t let us know. We hope you have wonderful memories of your holiday together and enjoy the rest of your summer. It was a pleasure meeting you all and we would love to have you back again. All the best

Breathtaking property!
Breathtaking property! We had an absolutely fantastic vacation!! Thank you so much for offering your home to us, for an incredible week in beautiful Bermuda. This home was not only beautiful, with an incredible view of Horseshoe Bay, but equipped with everything a family would need. We used every amenity that this property offered, inside and out. Everything was perfect! This property was very clean and well maintained. Perfect driveway space for scooters/rental vehicle and for taxis to pick-up and drop-off (with turn around space). The hosts are exceptionally helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend this property! If we could give 10 stars, we would! We will definitely come back.

Spectacular
If you’ve never rented one of these properties, you are missing out on an amazing trip! The property was everything it said it would be and more. The views from the immense deck were absolutely stunning even through the raindrops! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the ease of ordering for grocery and liquor delivery from the websites that were provided by Kimberly. Mike was an amazing communicator and responded promptly to any and all of our requests. Although the weather was not on our side, we did enjoy a beautiful day at Horseshoe Bay and Astwood Cove. It had been 25 years since our last trip to Bermuda and it was still as amazing an island as we had remembered! Although climate changes through us a bit of a curveball, it Will not deter us from returning again in the future. Great house with AMAZING view!
The house is beautiful & the views are breathtaking! We traveled with friends (3 couples) & the house provided plenty of space. The view of Horseshoe Bay is so stunning you may not want to leave the house! There are a couple restaurants within walking distance. The hosts, Mike & Kim, we very kind & helpful. We have stayed at many rental houses & this is definitely one of the best!

Heaven on Earth - 10 STARS!!!
If you are reading this instead of booking, STOP NOW, BOOK THIS PROPERTY and then return to read… you just may miss it. Lodging: Set! Transportation: host has many recommendations! Food: Ask host for Contact info for Crown Point Conceirge Be sure to add the Sense experience to your choices. Chef Tiara will blow your mind. The only way to get more accurate visuals than the listed photos, is to take them yourself! Every room has an unobstructive view of the ocean and horseshoe bay beach. The premier host Kimberley and team are amazing, they have thought of everything, and they are magicians. They are available and invisible, responsive and unobtrusive. You can’t want more seats; your entire family will be comfortable. Want to eat meals outside – done! Want to lay out on a beach chair in privacy- Done! Outside Bar, Private Hot tub. The air is a little cooler at night, a fire would be nice – DONE!!! Our teenager put his phone down to sit and be present! Still reading…Why? Go Book this property now! P.S. bring binoculars, a whale highway passes in front of the property (time of year migration applies).

Piece of paradise
This beautiful property really is a piece of paradise. Waking each day on the patio with a cup of tea to the sunrise and sounds of the ocean below started each day perfectly. We were greeted so graciously upon our arrival and given the ins and outs of the property. The owners were responsive and helpful both prior to and after our arrival. Absolute paradise overlooking Horseshoe Bay!
Myself, my husband and another couple had the absolute privilege of staying at this property! Once you drop your bags inside the door, all of your worries vanish and your vacation begins. Laura greeted us and showed us around the property, making sure we were aware of all the unit had to offer. She answered all of our questions and made suggestions for what to do while we were on the island. The welcome pitcher of Rum Swizzles truly set the tone for our stay. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed and perfectly laid out to offer privacy. The common areas were roomy and comfortable and we took advantage of the spacious deck with the killer views as our coffee spot in the morning, and a very relaxing place to end the day listening to the peepers! The hot tub was such a bonus especially during the cooler evening hours. The house has everything you need from a perfectly appointed kitchen, snorkel gear, beach towels, and beautifully furnished rooms. The owners were the most gracious people we have ever met on our travels. Questions were answered in a timely fashion and anything we required was at our fingertips. The pride they have in their property was evident; the place was spotless! We can't wait to stay there again. Five stars are not enough!!

Superb vacation
We (two grandparents, three daughters and their spouses and five grandkids) spent a week in the two Seaview properties (1274556 and 738201 – VRBO). The houses were spectacular with a complete set of amenities. The view of Horsehoe Bay was magnificent. Kim is a terrific host; responsive and very helpful. I can’t add anything to the large number of glowing reviews. The only blemish was that the Fairmont Hotel was closed for renovations. Hence, some of the Fairmont specific services were not available. Regardless the property and Kim get a five star plus. Patricia, a chef who can come by and prepare meals for you, also gets five stars (her desserts get ten stars).

Bermudaful!!
We had a wonderful stay at Southampton Parish. The pictures don't do the space justice - the view is simply spectacular. We watched the sunrise each morning and each evening we spent outdoors dining and in the hot tub having a drink. The beach is within walking distance and there is a wonderful little restaurant at the top of the road for lunches. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could need for relaxing and beach days, even Rum Swizzles! The hosts showed us around the property when we arrived and were just lovely to communicate with. We had many questions and they were very gracious answering them all. We cannot thank them enough for making our stay comfortable and memorable for our family of six. We would highly recommend this home and hope to be back very soon!

Beautiful property and amazing hosts!
My family and I had an amazing time in Bermuda. Our hosts went above and beyond throughout our stay, to the point of assisting us with securing transportation to the airport after our first ride left us high and dry. The property is gorgeous, as well. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor living space, with lovely amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommended!

The very best of Bermuda!
Our family has had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home. The views of Horseshoe Beach from the large, breezy, shaded terrace are truly amazing. The home is lovely and welcoming, with large bedrooms, ample full bathrooms, and a good kitchen. Everything's immaculate. And the beaches along the south shore are everything they are reputed to be, with silken sand and crystal-clear azure ocean waves. The hosts are wonderful -- welcoming, responsive, and attentive to all the details that make a vacation special. We hope to come back!

Beautiful views. Lovely property
This house was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room for all of us although we spent most of our time on the patio overlooking Horseshoe Bay. The kitchen had everything you need from a kettle & coffee maker to pots and pans to make a home cooked meal. We only used the dining room once due to the weather Otherwise we ate on the patio. The bedrooms were all spacious with comfortable beds. It was quiet and our AC was perfect for sleeping. We never needed the AC in the rest of the house. Bathrooms had ample water pressure and were all updated. It was convenient having a laundry room (washer/dryer) and drying rack. There were plenty of towels for the baths and for the beach. We used the hot tub and the fire pit table. It was cool a couple of our nights and was a nice addition to enjoy! Nothing reflected on the house but the hill to climb to and from the main road is very steep and you may have difficulty finding a taxi to bring you to and from Horseshoe Bay since it is very close. Our suggestion is to find a great taxi driver and book him for the stay.

Fabulous stay
Our family had a fabulous five night stay at this property. The pictures are exactly what to expect, unbelievable views of Horseshoe Bay and a short ride/walk to the beach. Perfect Vacation
This property is in a great location with spectacular views of Horseshoe Bay that never get old. We stayed on the property with 3 couples and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and plenty of room to spread out. Everything you need is provided and the house was extremely clean. We rented the electric Twizys to get around the island and the house had two chargers to keep them fully charged which was very convenient. We spent a lot of time outside on the huge deck just taking in the incredible views. Everyone said it was one of the best vacations we've ever had and we look forward to coming back again.

We had an incredible stay at this amazing property. The views are to do for and were viewable from multiple spots. We were a family of 4 with 2 teens and everybody had enough space of their own plus lots of options for hanging out together. Kim is a fantastic host, who was super helpful, generous and quick to respond. Such a pleasure to work with her; she made it all easy. I highly recommend Pat to cook for you at least one night-we had excellent fish tacos. I recommend renting cars or mopeds, which make it easier to see the island. We hope to be back!

Views that never disappoint!
This was my husbands and my 7th visit to this wonderful island but our first VBRO rental. We stayed with our son and wife. It was their first visit to Bermuda and this place was wonderful and did not disappoint. The views are awesome! Property is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Kim was extremely accommodating. We had a great time!

Beautiful property, excellent location
We stayed at Horseshoe Bay Vista with our 2 grown children for a much needed Covid break! There are no words to describe looking out over Horseshoe Bay as you sip a cocktail on the deck! The home was lovely, as were the hosts Mike and Kim. Communication was excellent, and there was not anything that needed doing. The home had a well outfitted kitchen, plenty of beach towels and good WiFi. Although the Princess Hotel was closed we thoroughly enjoyed the golfing at Turtle Bay, and had several meals at Boundary Grille. Will recommend to friends and hope to return!

Incomparable view, wonderful stay
Our family enjoyed a few weeks in Bermuda and loved our stay at Horseshoe Bay Vista. We chose the Southampton area because of the proximity to great coves and beaches. The view of Horseshoe Bay - one of the world’s top beaches - was a wonderful daily treat. Kim and her husband were so gracious and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Great views at Southern Views
This is a beautiful property - well appointed - and with breathtaking views of Horseshoe bay. Everything was perfect - close to bus line - close to the Fairmont - so good restaurants, beaches, etc. I would recommend for couples or for families to decompress on the beautiful island of Bermuda.

What a wonderful location. Can spend the day on the deck soaking in the sun overlooking the ocean and bay. Kim and her team did not fail to deliver. All was exactly as advertised or a bit better. Home comfortable ( tad dated), kitchen well stocked (we had a private chef prepare dinner - Otto Kummer) and both master bedrooms overlook the ocean. Best walking path on the island easily accessible and the hospitality of the Princess Hotel 300 yards away. Our weather stunk. Our rental made the vacation a wonderful success. Thanks Kim. The walk to the beach is about 700 meters and exploring Horseshoe Bay Beach in bare feet is a must do activity. Make sure to go north past the main beach area to enjoy spectacular waterfront. Very comfy master bed and bedroom. Twizy car rental place is only 100 meters from the front door. Fairmont hotel is less than 300 meters from the house and the takeout flat bread pizza is delicious. Would love to return for a longer stay.

Perfect for large gatherings
You cannot best this location....and the accommodations!!! The home is on the Fairmont Property overlooking Horseshoe Bay. Stunning views, huge rooms and the nicest host. Kim Burns was there for every question before, during and after our trip. We were three couples and had plenty of privacy in our rooms, but gathered in the gorgeous kitchen, comfy living room, or expansive deck!!This is an amazing option if traveling with friends and families. Beats a hotel - by far!! (Plus we were able to use Fairmont facilities!) This home also has a 4 bedroom unit, which is incredibly grand...with more space and (if it’s even possible) a slightly better view!!

Quick family getaway

Best vacation our family has ever taken!!!
The home is gorgeous and the views are spectacular! Every room has been beautifully updated and decorated perfectly for a comfortable stay. It is walking distance from two wonderful beaches but the hotel shuttle is close by if you prefer a ride down. The kitchen is wonderful with high end appliances and cabinetry. Best of all, every bedroom and the kitchen have significant views looking out over the ocean. There is also a lovely indoor/outdoor room that connects to the back deck for breakfast and dinner as a family looking over the ocean. There was absolutely nothing we could have asked for beyond what this property provides - we will be back many times!!!

Perfect Family Get Away
What an amazing week in Southampton, Bermuda. The Burns’ Southampton home was welcoming and comfortable, providing all our family needed to make Bermuda our home for the week. Fabulous Trip to Bermuda
We visited Bermuda in off-season and it was just beautiful! Three couples stayed in this unit and it was just perfect!! Gorgeous views off the huge deck overlooking the beach. Kim was the best hostess providing us with information on transportation, grocery delivery, restaurants, etc. The electric cars to rent are literally up the street within walking distance, as well as the hotel if you wish to dine there. We were able to use the hotel shuttles for trips to the beach, but mostly we walked down and took the shuttle back. We were concerned a bit about the weather given it was off season, but it was sunny and 68-70 degrees. Walks on the beach were spectacular and a couple of us even went swimming. Bermuda is beautiful with lush greenery, bluest of water and so pristine everywhere. Would definitely come back and can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Home with Stunning Views at Horseshoe Bay
We had a wonderful time - we needed three en suite bedrooms and they were lovely. The home was situated on a hiill above Horseshoe Bay - absolutely stunning views from the kitchen and lanai! Very comfortable for all - rented bicycles and road along the conveniently located abandoned rail - to nearly each end of the island. Walked the beach for miles - took wonderful hot tubs, grilled dinners, enjoyed the Fairmont property golf course, bars and restaurants, shops, etc.! We enjoyed everyday - and the owners were very helpful and lovely people!

Arguably the best location in Bermuda!
Perched above the middle of Horseshoe Bay and it’s pink sands, Kim has created a home that is welcoming and very comfortable with amazing views of Bermuda’s turquoise waters. The beach is waliking distance along with access to the Fairmont property. The food scene is terrific with great restaurants within five minutes. Want to dine in, shop at Lindos and cook in the chefs kitchen. If you chose to stay with Kim, seriously consider renting an electric Twizzy from Current Vehicles. Their office is two hundred yards away ion the Fairmont property. Kim has multiple charging stations on the property. The electric vehicles give you total access to the entire island on your schedule. A real bonus. You must reserve Twizzys thirty days prior to arrival. They book up quickly. This is a superior property, in an amazing location. Enjoy!!!
