« The double entry doors to the lobby were not working. You had to manually slide them open and closed. I stayed there for 2 days. In that time i only saw one employee. Managing the front desk. House keeping and janitorial. In all fairness he tried to do the best he could. (Credit for his loyalty to the owners of the hotel) The sheets were dirty. I asked for new sheets on bed. « We had two rooms and I wish they were next to each other instead of a little ways apart. The housekeeping staff were super nice. Each time they saw us they asked if we need anything if they could do anything for us. Excellent housekeeping staff! »
