Stove only worked on high and smoked out the kitchen every time we used it. Loungeroom light didn't work. Fan in loungeroom didn't work. Dishwasher washed dishes with sand all over them. Had to clean out all drains. Absolutely filthy. Ended up handwashing because it didn't clean dishes properly even after washing out strainers and drains. Tv didn't work at all. Screen doors (x3) mesh was broken and rats came into kitchen at night eating our fruit, potatoes and avocado which we left on the bench in a basket. Couldn't keep doors closed due to hot weather and terrible dust smell. Carpet filthy and worn to the concrete in many places.
