Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. "On arrival was informed I had an upgraded larger room with a pool and sea view. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities including an electric cooker, kettle and microwave. The free underground car park was great with plenty of room. Reception and maintenance staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. Having a TV with all the Foxtel channels was a great bonus. "The Pool areas were fantastic and overall the apartment was great, but there is definitely signs of wear and tear in bathrooms and walls desparately need a paint. Furnishings were mostly very good, but the bed mattress whilst comfortable had stains and there were no mattress protectors on the bed. The second bedroom also did not have a lamp to night time. Balconies were very very dirty with soot all over them."
