Take your morning cup of coffee out on the balcony and breathe in the fresh ocean air before starting your day. Connect to the free WiFi to make reservations for dinner or make it a quiet night with a DVD. You can hit the beaches to do some relaxing or a little stand-up paddle boarding. Take the kids to the Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park, then head back to your place for a few laps in the shared pool. Finish the day with a homemade meal from the convenient kitchen, followed by a soak in the hot tub.

Things to Know:
HOA requires registration forms to be submitted by email BEFORE arrival and during check-in. The registration form will be placed in the unit and expected to be turned in to unit 100.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us immediately so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
