The beach was a very short walk from the front door which made it very nice to spend the day out in the sun. The property was conveniently close to other activities, maximizing our time there. Our only constructive remarks were that there was no running water in the master bathroom sink and therefore was a bit dirty. There was also a smell coming from the refrigerator which did not have a clean water filter or ice available. The couches are a bit used up but none the less comfortable. Master room was very spacious and inclusion of too was great. The pool was a bit dirty when we got there, but it wasn’t a big deal. BUT… infested with cockroaches!! Walk into what seems like a very clean place only to see roaches crawling all over the place big and small, dust everywhere, very loud screeching faucets, dirty floors. It’s some of the furniture & outdated items in the unit. They really need to get rid of all the VCRs in the house & cable that really doesn’t have any channels & invest in Roku sticks. We couldn’t really watch anything in any room besides the smaller room. The porch/patio needs to be fixed the banaster was extreme loose & the floor was falling apart.
