« Beau petit condo, correspondant aux photos sur le site. Emplacement parfait pour profiter des restaurants et des couchers de soleil sur le bord de mer ainsi que du vieux Kona et ses boutiques. Propriétaire du condo très responsable quand nous lui avons fait part d’un problème de mélange de clés à notre arrivée. »

« I had a wonderful view of the ocean and Alii drive. The room had almost everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, small appliances, and cleaning products. Plenty of towels (bath, pool, kitchen). I didn’t use the tv, but I did use the WiFi which worked just fine. The bed and chairs in the unit were comfortable and there was a small dresser to hang clothes (including hangars). I used the AC and it cooled the space quickly. I used the laundry facilities....

« Bien que propre, le studio est trop petit si vous êtes plus que deux personnes. Une fois le divan-lit ouvert, il devient difficile de circuler. De plus, demandez une chambre sans personne au-dessus parce qu’on entend les gens marcher sur notre tête. Les lieux sont trop isolés à notre goût. « Pros: view is as advertised, incredible! Host and co-host were responsive, though the underlying issue wasn’t resolved. Cons: floors were really dirty. We took off our shoes and they were black after a few minutes. We kept our slippers on after that for the remainder of our stay. The hosts acknowledged our issue, but ultimately didn’t fix it. « This condo was amazing! The view alone is worth the stay. It’s just as described in the listing. The location is great. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were plush, The unit was well stocked with toilet paper, soap, and trash bags among other things. There is lots of beach stuff like an umbrella, boogie boards, and water shoes which helped a lot! The air conditioning was nice and cold! Kyle was fantastic to communicate with and helped us out when we needed it. I highly recommend this...

« So happy to have found Brent’s condo on the Big Island. It was spacious, comfortable, convenient, and in a great location near many beaches and snorkeling spots. On site free parking was easy and the newly renovated showers in the two bathrooms were great after a day at the beach, or enjoying the two on site pools. Brent’s hospitality was especially appreciated with the welcome basket for our birthday celebration. Mahalo ! »

« Location was excellent, walked to luau at Kona Reef and restaurants. The condo was equipped with everything you could need. Air conditioning was a plus since it was humid during our visit.We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and being able to see the water. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. »
