"Place is great only complaint is Expedia tells you it is a continental breakfast included and that is not true which was disappointing considering we were flying out in the morning so we wanted to eat breakfast beforehand but the restaurant cost was a little pricey. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, but good use some updates/TLC. Jacuzzi tub was amazing. Gas fireplace was a nice touch. Staff was super friendly and check in was very easy (we did the pre-registration through the links sent by hotel). "

"It was our first time in South Haven, and we couldn’t have felt more welcome here! The staff was so friendly and helpful during check-in, and the complimentary breakfast didn’t hurt either! The boutique-style rooms are cozy, with antique charm, making it feel more like you’re staying at a relative’s than a corporate chain. All-in-all, we had a lovely stay at Historic Hotel Nichols, and will most definitely be back!"

"Parking is easy, the heating worked well, the rooms are spacious. I would recommend replacing the carpet in the elevator as it is worn out, and maybe putting some mirrors in there as well as it is too plain. "
