« older home needs a little updating with decor and maintenance. We could not sit in living room all together and watch a movie comfortably because couch was small and no other furniture. Outdoor table is small and a little dangerous. beds were comfortable but could use headboards to make it look homey. Front steps could be power washed We have stayed in a lot of Rentals and this one is ok but with a little Pinterest it could be much better. »

« After some confusion at our arrival, Mike, the host helped us straighten it out and our stay was exceptional. When we return to this area Kathy’s Cove will be our first choice. Mike is easy to work with and a heck of a nice guy. »

« We've stayed in a few homes in the forgotten coast area, but this is probably the nicest, inside and out! The home is modern and comfortable, with lots of amenities that make the stay more enjoyable/fun. The entire house is great, but we spent lots of time on the screened back patio - it had a great view of the water with soft seating, good fans and ocean breezes. Thank you! »

« Very nicely appointed property, very close to FSU. We stayed here during my child's FSU orientation and found everything we needed and more. We were thankful for the snacks and water left for our stay. I would highly recommend this townhouse as a perfect place to stay when visiting FSU. »
