« Issues with black mould in the bathroom, all the way up into the ceiling, bed was hard, old and very creaky, breakfast in the restaurant was not edible. Paid $25 for meat omelet that could not be eaten due to griddle oil taste, excess pepper that was mixed into the omelette, fresh tomato slices were warm, soggy, and mushy. Informed that it was my choice, not to eat the omelet and therefore had to pay for it. »

« Hôtel vraiment sympathique, bien entretenu avec barbecue à disposition, jacuzzi à l'extérieur et piscine avec vue sur le port (comme toutes les chambres). Et tout cela pour un prix tout à fait convenable par rapport aux prestations que nous avons pu avoir dans d'autres motel pour ce prix. Bref rien à redire nous y avons passé une très bonne nuit! »

« I don't know if the place was cleaned between occupancy. Garbage cans still full and recycling on the floor in the dining area. The counters weren't cleaned crumbs and onion skins all over. Dishes in the drying rack and the dish washer was full of dishes. The main bedroom didn't have bedding but we found it in the dryer. Tried to call the host but no answer. Their welcome message was friendly but our impression after check in was unsat. Lots of cobwebs all over the unit. The whole unit could...

"Our stay was awesome! The Villa is great. The hosts have made everything so that we were comfortable in every room, even on the private terrace or on the private beach. We enjoyed everything. We saw many eagles, a dear, a rabbit. Also, ou 12 years old son and I used the kayaks available on the beach, and a curious seal came 1 meter close to my son! That was amazing. We went for great hiking in the parks close to the Villa. We also went for a whale watching tour with Big Animals Encounters… we saw 9 humpback whales, many seals, sea lions, dolphins, … and 8 orcas! The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The spa worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place!"

"The place is very clean, and the outdoor setup is fantastic, featuring a covered area with a BBQ and a stunning view of the Campbell River estuary and Quadra Island. A true haven of peace.Carole Anne was very responsive, and her husband even gave us fishing tips. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches—a bottle of wine, coffee, milk, butter, and chips."
