"This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended. "

"The stay was wonderful, lake view, very pleasant staff. Only down side is if you are walking it is a bit of a trek up a very steep hill, but worth it for the view. We asked about taxi back to the station but they only have 3 in the town and they much prefer airport runs, the lady from the hotel then took us herself which just added to how the hotel felt, a real homestay. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would 100% recommend"

"Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns äußerst herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Bereits vor unserer Anreise wurden alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche sehr schnell und hilfsbereit beantwortet, sodass wir uns von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben.Der Check-in verlief völlig problemlos und die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. So viel Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Liebe zum Detail erlebt man nur selten. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft in einem makellosen Zustand, und auch der Garten war perfekt gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt.Auch während unseres Aufenthalts wurden alle Fragen sofort beantwortet und Anliegen umgehend geklärt. Die gesamte Familie war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Selbst der Check-out am Ende unserer Reise war genauso herzlich wie der Empfang bei unserer Ankunft.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit. Wir reisen sehr viel und können ehrlich sagen, dass wir dieses Niveau selbst in vielen 5-Sterne-Hotels nicht erlebt haben.Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen. "The front of house staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us a very nice room checked in 2 hours early. The hotel is new and modern, we had a small leak in our bathroom which was reported but could not be fixed. Breakfast was quite basic for the price of this hotel, especially the choice of meats and cheeses which are greater elsewhere. When we booked it looked like the hotel had a restaurant and spa. However, these are by discounted arrangements with other providers which was a small disappointment."

"Hotel was well placed for the new town. Easy parking although access could be better signposted. Room was spacious enough. The lighting in the walk in wardrobe was pretty annoying - motion sensor only which went off very quickly. As we left early, we didn’t try the breakfast but they hotel did offer a take away breakfast which was ok."

Reception staff excellent on arrival and throughout vacation.Building work being completed by entrance to swimming pool.Good base for travelling to Brescia City centre/Lake Garda/Lake Iseo. Room cleaned every day for the stay. Breakfast good choice . Meal at hotel 3 rd night was very good and reasonable price."

"Front desk, bar, and dinner staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and very service-oriented. Only exception was breakfast...a bit of a hectic and crowded food and coffee self-service arrangement with - no obvious line or natural flow so it easily devolves into a mishmash of people going down the tables in different directions, etc. Not a huge deal, but friendly and helpful staff could've eased the human traffic jams and created a pleasant vibe. Instead, their demeanor was sullen - sort of seemed unhappy to be there. When I asked one of them for help because the espresso machine needed emptying of the bin, she seemed annoyed but took care of it right away. Definitely uncharacteristic of the overall experience we enjoyed at the hotel. Comfortable beds and linens, great location for shopping, dining, and walking to the funicular to go up to the Alta Citta. A really great stay."
