Located in Solarino, just 16 km from Syracuse, Villa Germano with pool offers 350 sqm of indoor space, a large garden, and a spacious outdoor pool—perfect for groups of up to 12 guests. The villa features 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 3 with showers.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen meets all your needs during your stay. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, smart TV, and washing machine. Families with children can request 2 travel cots and 1 high chair.  
  
Outdoors, relax in the expansive garden or on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and beautiful mountain views. The outdoor pool is available from May to the end of October, ideal for relaxing or having fun, as is the ping pong table. A barbecue and outdoor shower are also available. Please note, the pool reaches a depth of up to 2.70 meters in some areas.  
  
Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome, provided you respect the villa’s spaces. Events are not allowed.  
  
The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the best of eastern Sicily, including Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Palazzolo Acreide, Catania, the Ragusa baroque area, and the entire coast.
