« It's really unfortunate and surprising that the ALL the usual big name hotel brands are so bad in Cuero. This particular hotel is VERY tired, VERY smelly and lacking the expected usual Marriott experience. From the moment you walk in, the mildew smell hits you hard. The first room I was assigned, 205 smelled horrible of mold/mildew. Was very damp and simply unacceptable. I had to make a trip to the from desk and request another room. The second room I was assigned didn't smell of mold or mildew...

« The facility under renovation and did not mentioned when I booked it. Did not had first floor room available for senior citizens. A/C did not turn on and the room was hotter then out side temperature ( Texas outside temperature was 92 F.) We had to seek cooler temperature in Walmart for 3 hours. Broken tower rack, broken draw handles, light didn't work. Should have told me about it before I booked the room. EXPEDIA should not used unverifiable facts for it FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING. »

« We only stayed two of three nights. I told them we wouldn’t be staying the third night and asked them to cancel. They said Expedia had to do it since we booked it with them and they proceeded to tell Expedia two days later they wouldn’t refund the third night because it was too late. Do not trust these owners!
