"Older hotel, manager was obnoxious and rude most staff very friendly, clean area, charge extra to change sheets even when you stay over a week and you offer to change the bedding yourself "

"I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. Upon arrival, I was assigned a handicapped-accessible room that I did not request. While I understand availability can vary, this was not communicated in advance. There were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns. The shower head was not functioning properly, and there was a vacuum attachment left beside the bed, which raised questions about the room’s preparation. The most disruptive issue occurred in the middle of the night when a light in the room began flashing. It woke me up and made it impossible to get back to sleep. With my daughter having an early game the next morning, we needed to be up at 6:00 a.m., so rest was important. When I contacted staff around 1:00 a.m., the suggested solution was to bring in a ladder and cover the light with duct tape. That was not a reasonable option at that hour, especially with a child asleep. As a result, we had to pack up and move rooms the next day which was a major inconvenience. Overall, this experience was disappointing due to the lack of preparation, maintenance issues, and the inconvenience caused during an already busy and important trip."

"Pros: Good location (restaurants, shopping); spacious room; reasonable price. Cons: They do not have shampoo, conditioner or lotion. No breakfast - just coffee. They said they put out muffins and breakfast bars from 6-9 but they had neither either day I went to breakfast at 7am. When asked if they had more, they said no. They also ran out of cups for coffee the 2nd day I was there. Safety Concerns: The back door did not shut/lock properly so it was always open for anyone to come in. Often smelled marijuana. There is a designated parking spot in the parking lot for police. There is no sign on the outside of the hotel indicating it is a hotel - it is just blacked out. "

"The highlight of this Hilton was the staff-all very helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast attendant, Michelle, was delightful and kind. The breakfast was standard but lots of options so easy to accommodate different tastes. Overall, I’d stay again as it was a good value for what you get. I used to travel for work and Hampton Inns were my go-to. This facility had lots of wear and tear which was not like other Hamptons I had stayed at previously. It was a large Amir t of small things rusty faucets, algae on the walls in the pool, excess caulk around the baseboards, small holes in the walls, and stains on the fabric headboards, chipped paint, archaic window blinds, cheap furniture that was too big for the small rooms, etc.) that just made it feel run down."
