"When we arrived we were told that because the cleaning staff hadn't showed up that day that there were no clean rooms for us. They were able to find a room, but the door wouldn't lock. Then the next day something malfunctioned in the door, and it wouldn't open. The maintenance person wasn't there, so we had to wait for over an hour in our pajamas. This caused us to miss one of our activities. Then, when it was fixed, we had to move to another room. The continental breakfast was great, the pool was good, and the manager was very nice. "
"My husband and I absolutely love Fort Conde Inn. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff cannot be beat. I love the quietness of the inn. Management doesn’t take short cuts on quality when it comes to details like bedding and towels. Our bed was super comfortable, and we loved the small kitchenette in our room. Our stay was a tremendous value with the hot, made-to-order breakfast at the Bistro each morning included. We hope to return to Mobile and the inn very soon!"
"After booking at another hotel and it not meeting standards, we changed to this hotel was beautiful even with renovations being done. The Skyline Bar on the 17th floor was awesome! The bar tender was a great mixer and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was great and very comfortable. "
