Top Skyspace at University of Texas at Austin Hotel Reviews
Hyatt House Austin/Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"It was a really good stay. My only objection is the parking is valet only or you’d have to park on the street, but other then that, it was a great room, great breakfast food, and the staff was very attentive to needs"
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin Downtown - University by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, definitely among the best free breakfasts I've had - stuff like cheese omelettes, biscuits and gravy, fresh chocolate milk, stuff like that. The A/C worked very well, which is a must for Austin in the summer -- got our room downright cold even. Wi-fi worked and was easy to connect to. Neighborhood was central to the things we wanted to do. Only negative thing I could say is that there's a homeless problem in the area that manifests itself after dark. One guy in particular was laying on top of a trash can and shouting a lot. But can't really fault the hotel for that. Just sorta is what it is in an urban downtown area."
"The hotel room has a great sound insulation from outside which is very important since it's located in the middle of a busy downtown center.
The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. "
"Our 5 day stay was excellent. People were genuinely friendly and helpful. General manger stopped by while we were eating breakfast and corrected a minor issue immediately. The two front desk gentlemen were great. Very helpful with great attitudes. Would stay there again"
"My favorite part of my stay was the STAFF! Amazing attitudes and service! Mickale was super sweet and helped me any chance he got! Can’t wait to come back! "
