"Breakfast personnel were great. Very helpful even when not requested, friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Admittedly, weather was terrible, but parking lot was so flooded that I would have had to remove my canvas shoes and socks to reach my car in 3-4 inches of water. Staff st the front desk were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed in a cute Airstream, called Bambi. Very quiet and no other guests running around at night keeping you awake like in some hotels. Quick drive to area hot spots like Remedy Hall, Cocky Rooster Bar, and Comfort Pizza were great! Very friendly people in this small community. Camp Comfort is pretty and calming."

"It was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway. The cottage was spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully stocked with cookware and everything we needed to prepare simple meals in the kitchenette. The host was welcoming and communicative, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations well before our arrival, which made check-in and our stay effortless. One of our favorite parts was the location. It was peaceful and quiet, surrounded by the beautiful vineyards, yet only a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg. We loved being able to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while still having easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions downtown. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape."

"The town of Comfort has great small town vibes taking a person’s memory back to simpler times. We celebrated July 4th here and Hotel Giles was the perfect place to be. The hotel is close to a few eating establishments and very walkable to them. This hotel is clean and historic with very unique rooms. There is a cool courtyard for guests to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and served in the Carriage House in the courtyard area. All staff were very nice and helpful. Great experience and I hope to return there in the future."
