"This property is paradise in the country! Chatham is the root of our family so it was great to be in Chatham and still be free enough to do all the things we used to do with my grandfather when we visited 20 years ago. Now that my grandad is older being able to make it easier for him to come to where he is is important to us! This home had everything we wanted, needed and didn’t know we needed! All the way down to a sharpie! Dawn was more than helpful and communicative! Loved this experience "

"We came to stay the weekend to visit friends. The whole place was very nice and clean, but there was a weird chlorine stench to the whole place despite them not having a pool. It was not as bad in the room, but still very disturbing. I'm just assuming this is from too much bleach use but don't really know. I still highly recommend as it is really nice! "
