We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Signes, this charming villa with swimming pool, of a surface of 270 m ² and being able to accomodate until 12 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1000 m² and a terrace. Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2 : one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Room 3 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Room 4: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Two bathrooms.
- Two separate toilets.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 5: one queen-size bed (160×200) with access to a balcony.
- Room 6: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room.
- Separate toilet.

By booking this house, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay:
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), secured and fenced, open from June to September (opening dates not contractual).
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1000 m² facing south with a petanque ground (5 fences are missing in the garden, a vegetal hedge will be installed, a view-breaker is present but is not occulting).
- A terrace of 50 m² exposed South with a pergola and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A balcony of 8 m² accessible from room 5.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron, plancha.

The house is ideally located in Signes, 500 m from the Castellet circuit, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit near all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Come and discover Signes, the Provence of Pagnol. Nicknamed the green lung of the Toulon agglomeration and of the Marseille metropolis, the city is nestled on the southern slope of the Sainte-Baume Massif and overlooks the Provencal basin which extends from Cassis to Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer. The heart of Signes is punctuated with squares full of history, calades, fountains and wash houses. You will also be able to enjoy the exceptional religious heritage because the city was for a long time the property and the vacation place of the bishops of Marseille. Many different activities are offered to you, golf, paintball, horseback riding, karting, tree climbing, hiking, visiting the vineyards of the Var, the medieval village of Castellet...
For the lovers of the sea you will be at 25 minutes by car of the Mediterranean and the nautical activities which it offers to you!

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the villa.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Cyr - Les Lecques train station located at about 24 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport located about 55 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- 5 fences are missing in the garden, a plant hedge will be installed, a view breaker is present but is not occulting.
- There is a risk of noise pollution during events at the Castellet racetrack, which is located 500 meters from the villa.
- The house is set in a 10,000m² plot with two other houses within easy reach.
- As a reminder, the accommodation, swimming pool, garden and terrace are private to our travellers.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
