"The original room we had did not have a balcony and it was horrible. Stale air and no movement throughout the room. The rooms are very small and outdated. Could be cleaned better as well. We did get moved to a room with a balcony and it made the stay much more manageable. Was able to open the door and get fresh air into the room. Bathrooms do not have exhaust fans which is odd and we also had a water bed in the shower. Overall it is a ok place to stay for a night but anything other than that I do not recommend. "

"Everything was great except for floor could have been swept before check in or at least a broom supplied due to sand from beach and bathroom could have been cleaned better found hairs on shower wall."

"The beach was close and good , but the room wow what a nightmare . Floor all messed up door looks like ppl were breaking in . Absolutely not a spot I would recommend or send anyone too , even if u had no where’s to go . I am truly disappointed I stayed only cause I came from New Jersey and was late but was not what I expected. I am so disappointed "

"Room was clean to site but the remote was sticky. There was a weird stain on the headboard. It smelled. There was a dog barking next door. Will never stay there again. Waste of money "

"Didn't get a chance to stay didnt know you couldnt check in after 9pm didnt get there till 9:50 from kentucky and when i try going again for my last night i had to find a different hotel at the minute because they had sewer issues. So im pretty sure ill wont be booking with the hotel again."

"This is a ground floor "walk- out" unit with a spacious patio and direct access to the pool decks & beach boardwalk. We could see the ocean from our patio, however, a better view of the ocean would be offered from any units on the 2nd floor and above. My wife has limited mobility, so needing an elevator would be a disadvantage for our needs. Plus, being able to park right outside the unit made loading and unloading easier. Our unit was very clean and well-maintained with a fully equipped kitchen! We enjoyed spending time on the pool deck, drinking cocktails from the on-site "Tiki Bar"! Communicating with our host was very easy and he was very pleasant to talk to! I would definitely recommend this unit to anybody who would prefer a ground floor over a unit with a balcony."

"The location is great. Parking is easy and secure. The beach is a 30 minute walk at least I walked it so I know for sure they do have a beach shuttle and parking is fairly easy at the beach as well. Two dollars an hour. The staff seem short staffed with housekeeping. Make sure to ask early in the morning because they’re busy but they get it done. All of the staff at the desk are nice and patient. Great time will visit again.! thank you"

"We need a place to stay for the night because we traveled 15 hrs and no one had cheap openings on a late Saturday night. We checked in at 11:30 we got a late check out because we checked in so late. It was not bad at all at first you may question it but we felt safe and it was clean. I would stay here again if needed. "
