Great condo located on the south end of Siesta Key sitting on the Gulf of Mexico.....truly a spectacular gated complex with great amenities such as a Private beach & Private access plus two heated community pools & lounging area. Walk the beach every evening and load up on amazing sunsets.....it never gets old! Pick up shells, build sandcastles with the little ones, swim in the Gulf of Mexico, go fishing, rent jet skis or just lay on the beach under an umbrella with a great book you've been wanting to read.....the possibilities are endless! There are 2 heated pools for you to choose from. Pool water is warm all year round with plenty of loungers to relax upon.

Maximum Occupancy & Booking Option:
This unit has a strict maximum of 6 people at all times, including visitors and use of common areas (beach, pool, parking).

Private Beach Access & Rentals:
Siesta Sands offers private beach access directly from the gated elevator building. A convenient rental company on-site offers kayaks, SUP boards, and floating mats. Please note: the private beach area is reserved for guests using the rental service; others may use the beach but must move to the public section.

Pools, Grilling & Amenities:
Enjoy 2 heated pools, each with BBQ grills, shaded areas, and coin laundry. The larger pool features a ping pong table, flat screen TV, exercise equipment, and outdoor seating.
There are also laundry rooms on each floor and a trash chute at the end of the hallway. Please note: the unit does not have a private washer/dryer.

Location Perks:
Fantastic location near the South Siesta Key Bridge—easy access on/off the Key. Take a free island shuttle to Siesta Village or explore nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Inside the Condo:
This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfect for families. Enter through a private entrance with keyless entry into a well-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, stone counters, breakfast bar (seats 3), and dining table (seats 4).

The beachy living room features two comfy leather sofas (one is a queen sleeper), a cozy armchair, and a large Smart TV. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with ocean views and outdoor dining for 4.

Sleeping Arrangements:
King Master Bedroom: Balcony access, flat screen TV, ensuite bath with dual sinks, granite counters, and walk-in tiled shower.
Queen Bedroom: Flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and easy access to a guest bath with updated tile and granite countertop.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay).
