The private second-floor balcony is the centerpiece of this unit. Wide open bay views and a front-row seat for sunrises, sunsets, passing boats, dolphins, manatees, and shorebirds.

Shared dock for fishing, kayak launches, and boat tie-up (if bringing a boat, please inquire with us first)-- past guests have arrived by boat and tied up directly at the dock. Fishing poles provided. Shared washer and dryer on the first floor at no charge. Outdoor shower on property.

Turtle Beach is a 10-minute walk along a quiet path with Banyan trees, or a 30-second drive. Siesta Key Beach is 5-7 minutes north. The free trolley also connects to both.



Is there a dock?

Yes. Shared dock available first come, first served. Fishing poles provided, bait shop nearby. Past guests have tied up boats -- inquire in advance.



Is the bed easy to get in and out of?

The captain's bed sits higher than standard. A step stool is provided. If mobility is a concern, reach out before booking.



How many guests does it sleep?
