Very clean with new carpeting, there are ample supplies of linens, bath, kitchen, and beach towels, cooking and eating utensils, beach chairs and sand play items, televisions, DVD player, and reading materials, as well as living room, dining room and balcony seating. The third-floor condo is directly across the street from the Siesta Key Beach parking lot, which can be seen from the screened outdoor balcony. Views of the Gulf and beach are mostly hidden past the vast parking lot by the tree line outside the beach. However, the walk across the street and parking lot to the expansive beach is worth it to feel the soft cool sand. The condo association heated pool was great and the recreation center has outside shuffleboard and inside games too.
