The condo grounds and location are perfection. The pool was truly heated and the people very friendly. Beach only a ten minute walk away. The condo can use some updating especially the lanai. And be aware that the master bed mattress is very high. I’m 5’2” and needed a step stool to get up. The property manager was “ itrip Sarasota and Venice”.They were absolutely fabulous. Responded to every question immediately. I would book with them again for another property. Overall I had a great stay. ##### Lisa B. Just cross the street beside the condo and you’re at the beach. Unit was a disappointment. It needs a really good carpet cleaning or replacing, new pillows/sheets, blinds and LR furniture. Furniture was very outdated and uncomfortable. Kitchen tap has very little water pressure. Thermostat was broken when we arrived. Had to wait for a service person. Other units were very nice inside. These owners need to clean and update their unit. This all made the price of the rental unit way overpriced for a 3 week stay. Would love to return to this condo complex but they are already booked for same time next year. Would not want this particular unit though. ##### Wendy R.
