« Une équipe très serviable, gentille et souriante. Mais la chambre d'hôtel était décevante, loin des standards européens : clim capricieuse, WC qui se bouchent (ils ont été très rapide pour déboucher), sans ascenseur (le staff nous monte les valises) Point positif : ils nous ont proposé de nous reloger en nous upgradant, c'est un beau geste commercial. On a pas utilisé la piscine, un peu petite et trop proche de la rue »

« I felt like at home in sala suem reap hôtel,the recepción staff very hopefull and warmfull,they make the best to make my stay in very good conditions. swimming pool good,breakfast goid quality,hôtel staff and mainly miss Tiltil and miss kim Yang.I Recommend the hôtel that has a ghod location front of museum angkor and 10minutes by foot to pubstreet,next to the hotel there is big supermarket,ANGKUN ,try to.improve the gymroom fir next year. good luck for this hôtel! »

« Il y a du bon et du moins bon hélas et c'est bien dommage. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent, les personnels sont impeccables, la situation géographique est correcte. La chambre est spacieuse et la literie est correcte. En revanche, la nôtre, la 202, n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, un peu l'impression d'une chambre de secours, Par exemple, obligés de mettre la bouilloire au sol pour faire chauffer l'eau (car pas de prise à proximité, totalement incohérent), ou encore mettre une...
