« There was a mass system issue where the computer was not working and rooms were not properly assigned according to reservations! Poor receptionist was writing info by hand😳 We should receive a big discount towards another weekend for this inconvenience. Guests were entering rooms that were filled by other guests! It was a nightmare! »
