"My wife and I had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is smart, well maintained and in a very good location."

"Had to ask for a room change on arrival as too many steps at various intervals on way to room E.g bathroom had 2 step drop into the room. Not ideal for elderly couple. Having said rhat one has to remember that it is one of the oldest buildings in the town. This was our second stay there and will be back ."

"I had to check in late, but the receptionist was very accommodating in making sure I could check in. Rooms were very nice, just wish I had more time to use the spa facilities."

"Great location and clean tidy air conditioned room. Bathroom a little tired. Car parking on first come first served basis and painfully expensive. Decent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."

"Fair amount ot parking spaces but if you are going to Newmarket Racing then i would get there early, we arrived at around 12pm and managed to grab the last empty parking space thankfully. Staff were lovely, allowed us early check in and were very helpful with Taxis and restaurant recommendations (we ate in Burkha round the corner and the food was beautiful! I had one of the Executive rooms which was nice and spacious. Will definitely stay again next time i go to the races."

"Hotel and grounds were very nice and parking was easy. Having seen they had a restaurant, was a little taken by surprise to find out they did not serve dinner. They do provide transport to restaurants in town though"
