La chambre au rdc est au calme et propre ainsi que la salle de douche. Le plafond est bas, mais on ne se sent pas opprimé. Nous avons dîné au pub, très beau décors. Nous y avons bien mangé (éviter la purée). English breakfast excellent et copieux, à essayer au moins une fois. The Atmosphere was amazing and Dean was a real gentleman who was always looking out for me he was accommodating and always made sure I had all I needed. All the staff and residents made you feel like you had been there for years. They address me by name and ensured I received everything I requested. Unfortunately I was made to feel uncomfortable with confusion over the booking, the young lady was slightly abrasive and spoke very loudly regarding the mix up of my booking. The key was shoved at me and I asked where to go, fortunately another member or staff stepped in and took me to my room. I had to ask for the breakfast menu which I have to say was pretty limited and not very clear that there would be cereal on offer in addition. The outside was tatty, simple things like sweeping up the leaves would have made it feel clean. My bed was so soft and uncomfortable, dripping tap, something on the floor which looked like …… I won’t even say!! I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Not good value for the price I paid.
