« Several days before our stay I received an email with a contact for our stay. It stated that we could contact for anything including early check in/late check out. I emailed 2 days before our stay asking about early check/late check out and no response. I emailed again the next day (day before our check in) asking about check in/check out AND how to get to the lake because it stated it was within walking distance, but the map was not showing this. Still, no response. We arrived on arrival...
