"Took my wife for a weekend away for her birthday and stayed in one of the spa rooms. It was amazing. The spa bat has huge and having a personal sauna in the room was great. We took advantage of spa treatments which were so relaxing. Food and dining where great and staff were exceptionally nice and professional. Probably the best stay at a hotel I personally have ever had. We are already planning our return"

The bungalow is easily accessible not too far from the A1 & there are good convenience facilities just off the A1 roundabout less than 4 miles from Austerfield. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas & excellent beds & bedding. The location is in a secure park with intriguing deer statues in several places. Well recommended for short or long stays."

"I’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again but only because it is convenient. The room was far too hot, and I remember it being hot when I stayed before. It does make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. There were some idiots banging doors and shouting down the corridor at 3am, not the hotels fault but it did frustrate an already uncomfortable night. The staff were not particularly welcoming. I get like a disturbed their conversation when I checked in rather than feeling welcomed....

"The property was excellent, clean and really well situated for our trip to visit my brothers children Only slight problem was the outside stair to the 1st floor which i found difficult to navigate with my dodgy knees We entertained family while there. There was ample space and cutlery etc A shortage of serving dishes so we boight a couple and gifted them to the flat A great flat. Ideal for our.needs, we will use again in future"

"On arrival we was welcomed by Richard who made us feel welcome straight away. We was given room 6 which was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated. Soon afterwards Kerry came & introduced herself, what a lovely couple they are. The rooms are in a lovely peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing or even to travel the short drive into Bawtry. "The room was excellent with a nice view from the window, see the attached picture, but a little cramped to get past the bed (only about 12 inches). The bathroom was adequate however there was a danger of banging your head on the sharp corner of the sink unit when your were sitting on the toilet if you weren't paying attention.
