"Location was under going renovation and we stayed in a room that was falling apart somewhat. Heat was hard to regulate and bathroom was in serious need of renovation. Sure it looks better now after renovation is completed "

"The no contact check with the app key was seamless. However, the person at the desk watched us come in and didn’t greet or anything. I thought that was odd, but maybe that’s the standard if you check in online (shoulder shrug) . On a high note, the room was very clean and fresh, breakfast the next morning was hot and plentiful and tasty. Overall, it was a good one night stay. "

"Breakfast was great. Lot of parking. I paid for my room through Expedia in advance of my stay. I was charge a small security deposit but for some reason the room was also charge to my Visa. "From a very clean comfortable room To the enjoyable lounge area. Fireplace was on and so homey We ate dinner snd breakfast at Lakeside Grill Amazing staff food and very quick to be served . The casino was a plus also Clean and lots of choices"

"The property looked completely different than what was advertised online. The property was also disgustingly dirty. The bedding was filthy and there was dead bugs everywhere. The showers are covered in mold."

"Cabin 16 had lovely flowing waters behind it, a great stay for the price. Very no frills camping similar to a state park rustic cabin in terms of space. If there had been tents at every site booked it may have felt more crowded but our stay in Spring was private and peaceful."

"The staff was extremely friendly and always with a smile. The room was very clean and spacious, the pictures did not do it justice. The breakfast was more than I was expecting, not just coffee and bagels, but juices and waffles too! The whirlpool tub in my room was the ultimate relaxation! Will definitely stay again if I am ever out that way again."
