Welcome to Sawmill Timber, a spacious luxury cabin in Sevierville, Tennessee, designed for memorable family vacations and group getaways in the Smoky Mountains. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this 4-bedroom mountain retreat combines upscale comfort with exciting indoor and outdoor amenities, all within easy reach of Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, hiking trails, waterfalls, wineries, and other Smoky Mountain attractions.



Step onto the spacious double-height deck and take in the peaceful forest setting. The outdoor living area is designed for relaxing and entertaining, with a private hot tub, outdoor TV lounge, fireplace, and firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.



Inside, the open-concept great room brings everyone together with a comfortable living area, dining space, and gourmet kitchen featuring a large eat-in island. Beautiful wood finishes, designer touches, and a striking antler chandelier create the inviting atmosphere of a classic Smoky Mountain lodge with modern luxury.

❛❛ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was exceptionally clean, and there was ample space to accommodate multiple families. Our favorite features were the indoor pool, outdoor porch, and hot tub. However, I must mention that there’s also a neighborhood black bear that roams the area every day. I recommend locking your car doors at all times. Though the bear came by every day, we never felt like we were unsafe, it was pretty cool to witness. ❜❜ (Matthew)
