Great chill spot

Had a great 3 night stay at this cabin, very private only two other cabins on either side and both have plenty of privacy space. Gorgeous view of the mountains and great hot tub. We aren't much of a grilling couple but there was a grill. A pool table upstairs and the big tub in the bedroom was super cool. Loved the cabin theme throughout the place. Just an overall pleasant place to come back to and chill after being all over Gatlinburg and pigeon forge :) we didn't have any problems during our stay so we didn't need to contact the property manager but there were emergency phone numbers posted by the front door as a just in case which was nice :)

50th Anniversary Celebration

Loved this Cabin! It had everything needed for a comfortable week away!! Amazing view and we loved the hot tub!! Very quiet location and still close to businesses. Will definitely use this one again.

Vacation stay at awesome view.

First off this property is in dire need of repairs. The steps are in bad shape. Lawn needs mowing. Very hard to park a pickup truck and unload. Not enough room to turn around. Bathroom shower floor is dirty. All the floor registers are wore out, paint scratched off them. Hot tub has leaked on deck. Deck boards need stain or replacing. Gas grill on deck needs to be replaced, side table on it is almost falling off. All the base trim boards in house have been scratched and chewed on by dogs. Wanted to cook breakfast and couldn’t find pots and pans, they were under the sink where there also was charcoal fluid and dog dishes. Garbage can in kitchen has a very dirty lid, lots of dust all over and your cleaning service left an envelope on the table asking for tips. There wasn’t even a cheap salt and pepper shaker to season food. The pictures on line portrayed a fantastic looking house where in reality this place is wore out. I would never recommend this property or stay here again. Rug In living room should be shampooed, it is filthy and smog dog urine. Hot tub smelled moldy.

Beautiful cabin

Beautiful cabin but the furniture was horrible the bed snaked down so low it felt like a air mattress with little air..We asked to switch cabins but the owner was really rude about it. Don’t waste your money on this cabin.The road to the cabin was so step it scratched the underside of my Explorer good thing I was not in a car. By far the worst experience I have had in the mountains.

Great view

The cabin was great, the only thing, was the bed. The bed was a pillow top with a 4" memory foam on top. When you would get in the bed you instantly formed a hole where you stayed making it difficult to roll over or lay next to your partner. Location was was great, we were 5-10 minutes from everything in Pigeon Forge if the traffic in town was not bad FYI, the driveway is steep and easy to go up to the cabin, but if you go in the winter be cautious of freezing weather, if it rains an the driveway get icy you are not getting in or out.

Horrible Stay - Not cleaned and not stocked

I've stayed at many VRBO properties and this was by far my worst experience. My daughters and I arrived at the property after a long 10-hour drive only to find the property had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels hanging from the four-poster bed, dirty, wet towels in the bathtub and no sheets anywhere on the bed. The kitchen was also dirty and dusty from the previous stay. I called the local property manager who told me they would have someone out to clean in the morning but that we could either be relocated to a 'cabin that was available' or stay put and the cleaning team would be there in the morning. I asked if we went to purchase sheets and towels if we could be reimbursed, and they assured me that would be ok, so we felt that was the best of the options. The local team is now not paying for the sheets and towels (which were only $65 total!) and has completely cut off contact with me. This is not adequate customer service when things go awry at a place. Interestingly enough, before we checked in they sent me a text survey asking me if I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the place! Outside of this, I'd say in general that this place is decent but really could use general upgrades...the pots and pans are old, so is the king size mattress - making it very uncomfortable. It also lacks basic supplies you would expect to find in a rental home like coffee filters, salt and pepper, sugar, etc. Overall, this was really a disappointing stay and I'm especially disappointed with the horrible customer service based on something that was the fault of the local management team.

Loved this place

Cabin is in a great location. Far enough off the main road to feel secluded in the mountains but close enough in case any emergencies were to arise. The cabin is clean and decorated very nicely with a lot of great amenities. Two things worth noting that were minor: (1) The driveway is pretty steep so a car that sits low like a coupe or sedan may scrape the bumper so you must take a good angle when getting up to the property. (2) The grill on the porch says “gas” in the description. However, there is no hook up for a propane tank nor is there an igniter button on there anymore. Recommend you bring charcoal and a lighter. We would recommend this place to any friends and family. We are looking forward to coming back in the winter and enjoying some snow covered views.

Bad Rental on our part

The cabin was in a great location and even though the decor was outdated, it seemed clean for the most part until our very CLEAN pup caught fleas from the carpet. I contacted the management group immediately who said that the cabin had been treated before we arrived. I didn't really care if it had been treated because it was still infested. We have spent multiple dollars and time trying to rid our sweet pup from the fleas that he caught at this cabin. View is good.
