"Foi o único lugar que encontramos para dormir próximo à rodovia. O valor da diária foi bem alto acredito que por ser férias e por ter vários hóspedes de um casamento. O quarto era bem grande, com dois dormitórios, banheiro e sala. Mas o acesso era bem difícil através de escada caracol. A noite era possível ouvir as pessoas no corredor e a movimentação como se houvesse pessoas em um andar superior (mas não havia). Levantamos cedo e saímos próximo às 5hs da manhã. "Pousada bem simples, optamos pela hospedagem por ser pet friendly. Algumas áreas comuns precisam ser reformadas urgentemente, estão em condições bem precárias. Pedimos para antecipar o café da manhã, pois eu e meu marido íamos participar de uma prova de corrida bem cedo, assim como pelo menos outros 8 hóspedes e eles não nos atenderam. Disseram que não seria possível. Se tiver algum pedido específico, sugiro recomendar com eles a possibilidade de atender antes de fechar a reserva. "

"Atendimento excepcional. O chalé é de um conforto mediano. Muito frio na madrugada, o aquecimento do ar-condicionado não funcionou. As saídas de água do chuveiro estavam quase todas entupidas, mas falamos na recepção e o problema foi prontamente resolvido pelo Jonatan, que também nos recebeu quando chegamos. Muito simpático. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Nossos pets foram muito bem recebidos. Creio que para o que o Hotel oferece, o valor da diária esteja um pouco elevado. "

"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025\. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the...

"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure.
