« The hotel was great the problem we had was with EXPEDIA. I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA AGAIN. I was booking 6 rooms for 6 nights. I hit enter without realizing it was a locked in reservation. I immediately contacted them to see if they would drop 6 rooms for 1 night. They would not do it; claiming it was the hotels decision. « Great staff, great service and special thanks to the night manager , who offered me dinner when I reached the hotel in midnight also the restaurant manager (Captain), very friendly and helpful. Would love to go back, they made me feel home! »

« It was okay »

« It was one of the best hotels in Kathmandu. I really enjoyed this property. The free breakfast was my favorite. The property also had a sauna and fitness center. This was a very good price and very affordable for solo travelers. »

Excellents restaurants. Un hôtel de première force! »

« Very basic hotel, didn’t respond to our shuttle pick up request, the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The door beeped when closed, had to call the front desk a few times. Not a hotel I recommend unless you are in a pinch. »

« Everything was amazing at the hotel. The staff was so helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is to upgrade the toilets. They were kind of disgusting to look at. »
