The property can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. Conveniently located in the centre of Cantagrillo-casalguidi, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 42 km (26 mi) from Florence.

The property is divided into three units, two of which are available for rent; the third stable is used as storage by owners (who do not live there).
