But I now know why. The village was just as gorgeous as it looks in the photos. Staff amazing. Bfast cooked in ur villa daily. A perfectly adequate gym. I'm moving now to a hotel since I was not sure what it would be like alone in Villa when I planned my trip. But now I'm kicking myself, since I just want to stay out in this beautiful villa. From the moment I booked it the communication was great as they contacted me straight away to confirm airport pickup. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. We were served a cooked breakfast every morning with the staff coming into our Villa to prepare it. Every afternoon the staff would come again to prep the villa for mosquitos so we didn't get bitten. I celebrated my 50th birthday while staying here and was surprised by a birthday cake at breakfast with staff singing happy birthday. I cried!!! I would definitely recommend staying here. Even before we arrived the staff were very helpful in making transfer and spa bookings for us. The accommodation is so beautiful. We stayed in a two bedroom private Villa with a pool and surrounded by beautiful well-kept gardens. Located only a short walk from cafes and restaurants and the beach. Each day the staff would come and make us a full breakfast. We were very happy with the breakfast offering a nice variety and catering to my daughters allergies. Every interaction with staff they were always super friendly and helpful. The Villas are well kept, clean and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed watching our kids swim in the pool whilst we relaxed under the cabana. Staff would come in each afternoon to light mozzie coils. If you’re looking for luxury villas at a reasonable price I highly recommend this place. Although the facilities were old, they were well maintained and cleaned, so I had no complaints. On the first day, when I returned from going out, the breaker had tripped and the lights were off, but they were dealt with immediately. The breaker tripped again in the middle of the night, but when I contacted them, they dealt with it without a single complaint, and the next day they found the cause and fixed it. The staff who came to clean the room and make breakfast were all friendly and pleasant. I chose a villa after this because the reviews said that the private pool was large, and it was indeed large and well-cleaned, so I spent more time in the pool than going to the beach. The shuttle driver also spoke some Japanese, so he accompanied me as a guide for a day and a half, and the price was cheap and I was able to sightsee comfortably. The owners and staff truly care about the comfort and amenities for guests. The staff are just wonderful, kind and caring, they are a fantastic part of the whole experience. Freshly cooked breakfasts are yummy and the fruit platters are amazing. The lush gardens and beautiful swimming pools are amazing, if you love peace and tranquillity these are for you.
