« This space is very welcoming and was a perfect size for a group of 8 (4 couples from 3 generations!) like ours. The common spaces are super open, the kitchen was stocked beyond belief that literally nothing we brought was needed! Having multiple indoor and outdoor spaces (front porch, kitchen, pool and outdoor bar area) was perfect for a larger group to hang out. « While I didn't receive my checkin information like I should have (probably a glitch with VRBO), the manager was quick to respond to me and fix the issue. The property was clean and quiet...nothing fancy, but still an enjoyable place to stay. It was just me and my dog, so the little cabin was perfect for us. I will say, with only a couch, a table with a bench and chairs, and a small children's table with chairs, I wouldn't have more than two adults stay if you plan on spending a good amount of...

« My parents and our dogs were on this trip and we had a wonderful stay. Ryan was a prompt communicator and very helpful. The house met and exceeded our needs. The yard was great for dogs and being fenced in was awesome. The neighborhood was convenient to the beach and stores. Overall, I would definitely recommend and we will plan to come back. « This home was just what we were looking for, for our 2 week stay in the St. Pete area. It was very clean and well maintained. Teal door was great at communicating with us. The location is very good. Close to stores, good restaurants, church, etc. And its proximity to St. Pete and Tampa was good. Our pup enjoyed the walking trail at the end of the street. We would not hesitate to return. »

« Upon arrival there was a chalk board that welcomed my wife and I to the rental. The house had everything that was included on the description. The host responded very quickly and was very attentive. We really enjoyed all of the outside "toys" such as the in ground pool, sauna and hot tub. We encountered no problems or issues with the property. There is alot to see and do and there are alot of restaurants within a 3 mile radius of the property. If i am ever in the area we will definitely...
