This lovely home is located on a large wooded lot at the end of a cul de sac in Sedona. It is private with breathtaking views in all directions. New pickle ball courts are free, and 3 min. from the house!!!! If you book 30 days or more you can save the hotel tax. The home features vaulted ceiling, sky lights, open floor plan, fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room, granite counter tops,, kitchen island , beautiful walnut floors throughout, and elegant spacious bathrooms. The master bath has a Jacuzzi slipper tub , two vanities, separate toilet room, and a large walk in steam shower. The deck runs the length of the home with access from full glass doors from the master bedroom, living room , and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and a gas grill on the deck with pizza stone. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing station. You have access to WI FI, SMART TV, DVR player, Stereo, Blue ray disc player. Enjoy the spectacular sun sets every evening while listening to the fountain on the spacious, private deck. I especially appreciate that the neighborhood is very quiet and has a dark sky rule, is close to shopping and restaurants, yet feels more remote. The house is well designed, open, clean, and has everything you need to live comfortably, including a good washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The bed and living room furniture are comfortable and the outdoor deck furniture is both comfortable and inviting. We spend a lot of time on the deck - enjoying cooking out and taking in the views. The owner Lynn is responsive and makes everything easy for you.We have rented many homes in Sedona (typically West Sedona) over the last 15 years. Close to hiking trails and one could walk for coffee and groceries. Nice master bedroom, bath and closet. The shower was a luxurious treat! Lynn was great to communicate with. It is in the best location in Sedona. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and in a prime location. The views from the back deck are wonderful and it is so big we did not really even use the house much, lovely as it was. The bathrooms are modern and spotless as was the rest of the house. It is spacious, very comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. And it comes with a stunning view of Thunder Mountain! It is convenient to restaurants, groceries and best of all - many great trailheads. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
