Walking into this private studio in Sedona feels like stepping into a secret + sacred space. This magical 2.4 acre site sides to National Forest w/ shared INFINITY POOL & 360 views. Minutes from trails, restaurants & excursions. We are located in a sub-division with each house having approximately 2.5 acres bordering the National Forest. This is one of the very few areas in Sedona that allows horses. It's the perfect blend of rural tranquility with dining, groceries and hiking minutes away. Some of the best views of Sedona are RIGHT HERE! Whole Foods: 2.9 miles Uptown Sedona: 4 miles Tlaquepaque Arts + Crafts Village: 4.1 Miles Safeway Groceries: 2 miles Airport Mesa Vortex: 3.3 miles Phoenix: 2 hours Grand Canyon: 97 Miles You have your own private entrance and parking. This home at the end of the road offers the most in privacy and spectacular surroundings. We are situated right at the edge of the Coconino National Forest. The large Southwest style main house sits on the high end of the property and the Studio occupies the S/E corner of the home. The view from the Studio is of Thunder Mountain to the east and Schuerman Mountain to the south. On the west side of the home is the sun patio with the infinity pool. You can't see the pool from the Studio but you do have full daytime access to it. Down the hillside on the lower end of the property is the 1 bed, 2 bath Villa. The studio is connected to the main home but has its own private access and private patio. The infinity pool is the only space that you would share with the Villa and main home. We have OVER 1,500 5-Star Reviews on our properties. We are deeply passionate about attention to detail and providing guests with incredible stays. The location of remote Sedona provided a view from the pool area that is unbeatable. Our only comments are that the air conditioning unit is too small for the needs of the studio we were in -- we ran it, the ceiling fan, and a boxed fan the entire week, and it never really felt cool inside. Also, they need to add some more hooks for towels in the bathroom and kitchen :-) ##### Melissa G. The studio was perfect for two people - clean and well-stocked with appliances/utensils. Even though we were unable to experience the infinity pool (it is unheated and the outside temp was on the cool/windy side), the view from the pool area is picturesque and we enjoyed a group of hot air balloons sightseeing the red rocks. Our visit was to celebrate my 65th b-day and hike a few trails. The hot tub was the perfect end of the day to relax.
