I ended up booking a last minute weekend getaway with my family in Sedona and stumbled upon this listing. The house was great, plenty of sleeping options for everyone. The view was amazing, not only of the Red Rocks surrounding us but the stars at night. They did not disappoint! My kids enjoyed seeing all kinds of wildlife from the balcony of our house. The location of this house is absolutely perfect!The house was very clean and bed were comfortable as well. We stayed here during the summer months and the Casita stayed nice and chilly. It was the perfect temperature to come back to after a long day’s hike. I had no need to contact management or the owners while we were there but I was provided with all kinds of contacts in the event that I had an issue with the house. Me and a group of girl friends stayed at the property for 4 days. The pictures were accurate, the location was beautiful, it was affordable, and very clean! We were able to toast her in style. The views in the home were incredible. Hiking trail very close. Kitchen extremely well stocked and the whole place was very clean! I had a small issue unlocking one of the doors. The property itself is large, comfortable and well located. Overall it is well equipped. It is missing just a few amenities that take a good property to the luxurious one you want to return to. There is a lot of mismatched thrift store bits to the kitchen, and the art is the same, in an area known for it's art. There are also no throw blankets or vases for flowers, etc. I would say as the season ends, just take a bit of the profit and makes the upgrades that allow you to charge the top $$. ##### elizabeth b. Deck was smaller than it looked like in the pictures, but still great! Dining room chairs are a bit wobbly. House was well equipped with everything to cook meals and bbq!
