Nestled in the foothills of Sedona and framed by breathtaking panoramas of the area’s famed red rocks, Bell Rock Inn offers an array of activities, perfect for any getaway. Whether you’re looking for adventure in Arizona’s backcountry or searching for a relaxing retreat, the resort is conveniently located just outside the busy city center and just a short distance from numerous hiking trails. Traverse the rugged landscape on foot, while horseback riding or on a Jeep® tour. Relax in the resort’s spacious accommodations, enjoy a poolside barbecue or curl up next to your in-suite fireplace.  
  
Approximately 385 square feet, this Studio unit features 1 King Bed and 1 Sleeper Sofa within the living area including a kitchenette, dining area and 1 bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants.  
  
Fees Due Upon Check-in:  
A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $15.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.  
  
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $15.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes BBQ grill(s), business center, DVD rentals, fitness center, hot tub access, in-room amenities, laundry access, local/toll-free calls, outdoor ping pong/chess area, pool access, self-parking and Wi-Fi. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.  
  
The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Diamond Resorts Bell Rock Inn is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport which is 112.6 miles by car respectively.  
  
Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.  
  
Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours to respond to your requests.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation.

Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.  
  
\*\*\* Smoking Policy \*\*\*  
No smoking inside including electronic cigarettes, unless if it's in a designated area. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.

Some units include lever h angles on all doors, visual doorbells, visual fire alarm, visual phone alert, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under bathroom. sink, roll-under kitchen sink, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, and Braille signage for room numbers.

Très bien situé, entouré d’un décor fabuleux, près des pistes de randonnée . Très bien tenu, propre, cuisinette pratique. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et bain tourbillon chaud après une journée d’exploration. Le lit est très confortable. Merci

Perfect location if you’re staying in Oak Creek. We walked to trails, restaurants, and shops. It was nice to have the option of 2 pools. The room was dated, but the pans/dishes/silverware/appliances were in great condition. The timeshare representative was an annoyance at check-in. I would recommend this property to others vacationing in the Sedona area.

Loved the Bell Rock Inn for our stay in Sedona ! We were able to walk to do a couple hikes and the facilities we came back to were always pleasant. Lobby was always super helpful and are able to give you much information on nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Overall great location and hotel. Definitely outdated furniture etc, but generally pretty clean. It was a little stressful being told by the host how to bypass any timeshare conversations. Luckily, we didn't get any pressure about it, but honestly not sure I would have chosen this place had I known I'd be having to skirt around this. For Sedona and the prices, it was a good location, and generally a positive experience on the property. Walking distance to some restaurants and coffee shops which was nice!

The property was very nice. Pool and hot tub were great after hiking days! Location was quiet and beautiful views.

#### Very clean. Furnishings were a bit used up.

Good location. Our room was in a great spot overlooking one of the pools. The furnishings are a bit used up in the room, and the bathroom definitely needed paint instead of just spackle. I was not able to control the air conditioning. The room and grounds were very clean and well-kept. The biggest surprise was NO HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed there a week. Of course we needed housekeeping. They did come in once finally after a special request. Good kitchen facilities.

Lodging in sedona is expensive, was a good value, conveniently located. Would stay again.

#### Clean and convenient

I love this location. Close to Sedona and the Interstate, but away from the crazy Sedona traffic. The hot tub was not open for part of our stay, which was frustrating. Other than that all 5 stars all the way.
