"This hotel was lovely. I enjoyed the decor, how spacious it was, the lawn and the couches to sit in outside. Truly, an amazing experience in every way. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. No complaints and I would definitely stay again if I come to the Hamptons! "

"I was very impressed by the kind attention paid to me by the manager, who upgraded my room and showed me to the cottage and parking place. The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom window showed a little wear and tear, but it wasn't a big deal. While the motel might not be as fancy as other places, it makes up for it in location and charm of the staff."

"Honestly, from a value perspective, I had a group of 10 people that showed up with me and we couldnt have asked for anything else everything you could possibly need was provided and at a pristine level by the way. The space was way bigger and nicer than I even expected and I never give reviews, but I felt an obligation to. The location, the home the space the environment I couldnt have asked for more. Everyone was so happy tons of great restaurants within 2 miles away more privacy than you can imagine. Ill definitely be back if youre looking for something near the Hamptons I highly recommend locking this place in for yourself. Thank me later."

"We expected 2 queen beds we got 2 double beds.The security lock on the door was broken,the smoke/fire alarm was just a wire hanging from the ceiling and the second bath towel was full of suspect stains. The only positive was the gentleman on reception on checking out who listened and apologized and later called to say we would get a refund.We would never recommend this place "

"Our family of eight stayed here for 10 days over the holidays, and we truly had the best time together. We laughed, cried, cooked in the fabulous kitchen, took long walks on the snow-filled beach, and created memories we will never forget. The house was perfect for our crewclean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with great accommodations for our baby as well. Deb was a wonderful host: warm, responsive, and incredibly informative. We felt welcomed and cared for from start to finish. This home will always hold a special place in our hearts."
