Spacious 3Br/2Ba ~ Waterfall Pool and Covered Lanai! \*\*Quiet oasis~just minutes from the Ocean & Indian River\*\* This home features a complete Master Suite, with private shower and garden tub. There are 2 additional Bedrooms with a shared Bath, a large open Kitchen and living room, a separate family lounge with pool view. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms.  
  
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:  
\-$50 per pet fee is required. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.  
\-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.  
\-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.  
\-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.  
\-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.  
\-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.  
\-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.  
\-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.  
\-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence  
\-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.  
\-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.  
\-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.  
\-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.  
\-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.  
\-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.  
\-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.  
\-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Centrally located in Sebastian, this home is close to Golf, Sebastian Airport and Skydiving Center, Less than 3 miles to the Indian River and 7 miles to the open ocean.  
Sebastian has several waterfront restaurants and bars, boat ramps and walking paths. It is also within an hour of Orlando Airport, Disney, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Water Parks, Botanical Gardens, Riverside (and others) Theater, Vero Art Center, Brevard Zoo, and the list goes on and on.... not to mention the great Fishing!!!

Eddie is a phenomenal host - clear and timely communication, friendly and welcoming. The house is perfect, exactly what I needed for a week of R&R. Well stocked, comfortable, and the pool is top notch. The beach is just a short drive away, and there are plenty of dining options and grocery stores nearby. This was my second time staying here, and it won’t be my last.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. Everything was stocked so nice and the layout of the home was very nice for our family. A clean well kept place in a beautiful neighborhood with parks and lots of walking options. Eddie was wonderful and so responsive. We had zero issues. Would definitely stay again.

House had everything needed for an excellent family vacation. Appreciated the huge supply of new bathroom and pool towels. The kitchen had everything needed from pots and pans to spices. One really nice thing was the 4th of July bowls and table cloths available which made the day extra festive. Property Manager Eddie was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was great. We enjoyed staying at this property.

Daughter, husband & gran babes stayed in this lovely, welcoming home. Clean & well stocked. Location is close to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, fishing & major roads. Pool was wonderful. Craig, property manager was extremely helpful. They enjoyed their stay!

The home was clean and very accommodating. It was on a busy road and the grass needed to be mowed, so my first impression was a little disappointing. Once we got in, I was totally delighted. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool.

Absolutely lovely home. If I could’ve given it six stars for cleanliness I would’ve. The pool was sparkling, warm and very relaxing. Pool floats were a plus for lounging and sunbathing. The beds were firm and comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. Less than a 10 minute drive to the beach and beachfront restaurants. I would only mention that the home is off a fairly busy road and you need to reverse out of the garage onto that busy road. If you’re even a moderately capable driver, it wouldn’t be an issue. There was little to no road noise. So it didn’t bother us at all. Just something to consider if you’re not a confident driver. We will definitely choose this property again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This home is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It has all the amenities you need, including a clean pool at the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is nice and close to everything, and the property Manager is very efficient and friendly. We will go back or rent from the manager again.

The best property we’ve stayed at to date. It was so clean and had more than expected available, such as kitchenware, linen, beach stuff, etc. The pictures do not do this property justice. This home is beautiful! Exactly what was seen in the pictures online. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated furnished with updated modern day plush furniture it’s pretty ! the pool area was clean and kept up. I can’t say enough about the manager Eddie .
