The townhouse is not well insulated and you can hear the people living directly above and walking the main stairs up and down. We turned the heat off after the room was warm but the cold would creep in fairly quickly. The toilet had a bit of a constant drip. There is no sound insulation, so every morning someone leaves with a suitcase or comes in to clean the rooms (but not the kitchen), You will be woken up.
