- Beautiful 1920's Craftsman with fenced yard and off street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Located in Phinney Ridge neighborhood and close to Ballard, Fremont, Greenlake and a short drive or bus ride to downtown Seattle. 40 Inch flat screen HD TV, Wi-Fi with high speed Internet, cable with HBO, restored kitchen and bath, fireplace, washer and dryer and MORE! The house is clean and well maintained and perfect for families with kids. Pets are negotiable and have been present in the home, so do be aware of that.
