Close to main attractions. Parking garage is tight not suitable for big cars. We rented a Camry and barely fit it garage. You can leave the car outside in front of garage door. We liked the place and it was quite clean and newish. We would consider booking again (depending on rates as it is a very competitive/ high density area with lots of options nearby). CAVEATS: If you are a light sleeper, just know it is under the direct flight path for SEATAC. It is 3 levels (4 if you include the deck) so a LOT of stairs and can be inconvenient if your room (the master) is on the 3rd floor and travelling with people w/mobility issues. NO A/C on the 2nd level and ONLY FANS (the wknd we were there was hot!). Streets in the area are VERY narrow with lots of parked cars (some not parked so well).
